Keren is loving having the independence of owning her own home.
"I was living with my parents and was the last child to leave the family home, so I was really craving my own independence. I had driven past the Park View development and thought it would be a lovely place to live. I noticed the sign for Shared Ownership and did some research on the scheme.
Owning my own home always seemed such a distant dream especially having limited savings and being single – Shared Ownership allowed me to fulfil this dream.
I am now 36, living by myself and enjoying the freedom and independence. I feel a great sense of accomplishment and pride and I look forward to my future and all the exciting times to come.
